Programs: Rocksters (3-4yrs) — 30-minute classes with constant movement, fundamentals of balance/coordination/focus. Intro to Martial Arts/Anti-Bully (5-10yrs) — help your child overcome bullies without violence by instilling confidence; teach students to deter bullies verbally and use non-violent self-defense techniques. Pre-Teen Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (10-12yrs). Teen/Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (13+yrs).
