Anti-Bully
Don't just avoid bullies — become too confident to be a target.
About Anti-Bully.
Our Anti-Bully program teaches children how to recognize and respond to bullying — not through aggression, but through the kind of quiet, unmistakable confidence that bullies simply don't target. Kids learn to walk differently, speak differently, and carry themselves with self-assurance that comes from the inside out.

What to Expect.
Scenario-Based Learning
Anti-Bully class begins with a real scenario — on the bus, in the hallway, online. Students discuss what's happening, how it feels, and what their options are. This isn't lecture; it's conversation.
Verbal & Physical Tools
Students practice assertive verbal responses and, when necessary, safe physical techniques to create distance from an aggressor. Every tool is age-appropriate and emphasizes de-escalation first.
Confidence Drills
Class closes with drills that build the calm confidence that makes bullies lose interest. A child who stands tall, makes eye contact, and responds without panic is statistically far less likely to be targeted again.
Anti-Bully
Common Questions.
My child is currently being bullied — will this help right now?
Yes, but the most immediate step is also talking to school administration. This program builds lasting tools — the confidence and skills your child develops here will protect them for years, not just this situation.
Is this program about fighting back?
No. The primary focus is on prevention, awareness, and verbal assertiveness. Physical self-defense is taught as a last resort — most students find they never need it once they develop the right presence and confidence.
What ages is this for?
Our Anti-Bully program runs alongside our Kids Martial Arts curriculum for ages 5–14. The scenarios and tools are adapted to the specific social pressures kids face at different ages.
How long before I see a change in my child?
Many parents report visible changes in how their child carries themselves within 4–6 weeks. The internal shift — the quiet confidence — often takes a few months to fully develop and stick.
